Q: Are all I.MK items handmade?

A: Many of our pieces—especially denim in The Nari Collection—are handmade, customized, or reworked by Isaac himself. If an item is handmade, it will be clearly noted in the product description.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Handmade and made-to-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks. For ready-to-ship items, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Please review sizing and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience an issue with your order, contact us at isaacmckeever.business@gmail.com.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

A: Yes. You can check out using Shop Pay (if available), which offers interest-free installment options for qualifying orders.

Q: Are items restocked once they sell out?

A: Most I.MK items are made in very limited quantities and may not return once sold out. Some core styles may restock or evolve over time. Join our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for updates and early access.

Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: Sizing varies by product. For denim, we use traditional waist/inseam sizing (e.g., 30x32). Each product page includes available sizes and fit notes. If you’re unsure, email us—we’re happy to help.

Q: How should I care for my I.MK pieces?

A: To preserve the integrity of painted or reworked items:

– Hand wash cold or machine wash inside out on delicate

– Hang dry only

– Avoid bleach, ironing directly on artwork, or high heat

Q: Will the paint crack or peel?

A: All painted denim uses Angelus leather paint, sealed and heat-set for durability. However, due to natural wear and washing, minor aging or cracking over time is expected—and adds to the character of the piece.

Q: What is The Nari Collection?

A: The Nari Collection is the debut capsule from I.MK—our wearable art series rooted in duality, reflection, and identity. Each piece is a study in balance: familiar in form, rare in presence.

Q: How do I know if my item is authentic?

A: All handmade I.MK items come with a Certificate of Authenticity and an identity number that reflects the order in which it was made. This number is unique to your piece and marks its place in the collection’s history.
